We're happy to welcome Emily Knapp as OCWC's newest employee! Emily started at Healthy Oxford Hills as an intern in the spring of 2017 where she was introduced to OCWC and SNAP-Ed work. After completing 600 hours of interning, she graduated from the University of Farmington with a Bachelor's in Community Health Education. Emily stayed on at HOH working as a Community Nutrition Educator through SNAP-Ed. She switched roles at the beginning of August, moving into the new Strategic Support Coordinator position. In this new role she will add much-needed capacity for core functions of the Collaborative, including communications, logistics, and grant support. We are very happy to have her aboard!
